As a patient at Great Harwood Medical Group, we’d like to let you know about an exciting new way to contact your GP online.  PATCHS is an online consultation system that lets you contact your GP and by answering a few simple questions to get you help with appointments, health advice, fit notes, medications and more. You can submit an appointment request Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and a request for a prescrption 24 hours a day, except weekends.
