COMPLAINTS
Everyone at surgery tries their best to provide a friendly, efficient and safe service to all our patients, often under considerable pressure. Despite this, if something goes badly or you feel you need to complain, we will be happy to hear about it and try to put it right. Unless we know about it we cannot make changes and improvements.

However neither the Doctors nor any of the staff will accept rudeness or violence of any kind (which includes verbal threats) from a patient or their representatives. A patient who abuses our services will be removed from the practice list and will have to find another doctor.
