Repeat Prescriptions
You can arrange a repeat prescription online by clicking here, if you have signed up for online access, alternatively you can order via Log in - NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk), or place the request into the prescription box situated at the main entrance.
You may have to take a prescribed drug long term and the doctor will arrange this to be a repeat item. Please order what you need about three days before your drug will run out. Have to hand an accurate list of what you want to order.
Without the correct names and doses we will not be able to give you them as mistakes can be deadly!
If you stop taking a drug or it is changed by a doctor elsewhere (such as at a hospital appointment) please let us know so that your records can be kept accurate.
Occasionally the doctor will want to see you to check that the medication is still working well for you and discuss any concerns.
